Join us as we navigate early motherhood together~
Mental Health
Mental health is a sensitive subject that we often shy away from. When we begin to recognize how common it is for new mothers to experience feelings of stress, depression, anxiety, and anger, we can start to have more compassion for ourselves and begin seeking real solutions.
Rhea teaches you how to recognize and overcome postpartum depression and identify other mental conditions. We also help you understand when to speak to a therapist and the best questions to ask. Rhea removes the shame from needing help and makes it easy to recognize the mental health warning signs.
